The Best Protein Supplement and Blood - Choosing a Protein Supplement Compatible With Your Blood

The best protein supplement is not a whey protein supplement. Let me make one thing crystal clear: The truth is that for about 88% of white people, a whey supplement is TOXIC. This means that if you are using a whey based supplement there is an 88% chance that you are intoxicating yourself. This is my contribution to the protein supplement debate. Even though I now know that this is a critical matter, I have not seen it addressed anywhere. I am telling you this so that you give this article the proper attention it merits. The function of this article is to sort out the link between the best protein supplement and your individual blood type.

Article breakdown:

· the hidden link between your blood type and the best protein supplement

· a case study regarding the best protein supplement for your blood type

· lectins and your blood type

· getting all the pieces together

I'd like you to meet lectins

Lectins are a class of proteins that are found in many common foods. Consuming lectins that are incompatible with your blood type produces digestive, metabolic and immune distress. Lectins induce your blood cells, as well as other cells, to stick together in clumps -- agglutinate. They can also interfere with protein digestion.

Lectins and what they have to do with selecting the best protein supplement

So here is where this all ties in with lectins. Any supplement contains the lectins from the food from which it was manufactered.

For example:

If you consume a casein based supplement you will be consuming casein lectins.If you eat a whey supplement, you will be consuming whey lectins.If you consume a soy supplement, you will be consuming soy lectins. The same story goes for a supplement that is made from rice, hemp, eggs, or any other protein source.

The basic idea is this, if you consume a supplement which was created from food that responds disadvantageously with your blood type you will experience effects like: allergic reactions, decreased protein breakdown (and food poisoning as a result of this), inflammatory and autoimmune disease, damage to intestinal lining, and many more.

I don't believe this, 88% is just too high a number?

Let me elucidate this then.

Caucasian population by blood type:

Blood Type O - 47%

Blood Type A - 41 %

Type B - 9 %

Type AB - 3 % ( information source, directly from my high school anatomy class book)

Blood Type O and Blood Type A are discouraged to consume either whey or especially casein as it contains a type of lectins that react negatively with their blood type -- information source, a very well referenced and popular nutritional science book which I will be identifying later for suspense related reasons.

Please bear in mind that this data is tested scientific fact, with tens of thousands of people who have used this information and proven its truthfulness.

47% (type O) + 41% (Type A) = 88% of the white population - is harmed by the consumption of either whey or casien - these two are the most ordinarily cited as: "best protein supplement" supplements on the planet.

So think about this!

If the best protein supplement is the protein that works best for you, and the most popular protein supplement, this is whey, is not good for about 88% of the white population, how can a whey supplement be the best protein supplement?

Well, it can't be.

I want to be perfectly clear here so let me make some additional clarifications:

- for type O, casein is unhealthier when compared to whey; if you are a healthy type O, you can eat whey occasionally and be clear of symptoms; you should not eat casein at all even if you are healthy;

- for type A, the identical rule as for O, with one exception, there is a 15% chance that whey will be neutral for you, but you have to test for this;

! Please don't make the assumption that just because you are a healthy type O you should consume whey, it is still detrimental for you particular blood type. Let me give an analogy, if you eat a serving of french fries you will not likely get sick, but it nevertheless has negative effects on your body. So, why should you minimize your results when there are choices out there that are actually beneficial for you?

For example for the type O, beef has a positive effect on health. Just throw out that whey and eat beef if your blood type is O. However, this is not recommended for Type A as this type's blood reacts with the lectins in beef.

What you must understand here is that this is more significant than it is commonly understood or given credit for. I look at people on forums posting and speaking about the best protein supplement without realizing that

A) the best protein supplement is inescapably linked to a concept called the best protein

B) the best protein doesn't exist because all people don't react positively to all protein - allow me to enunciate this again: no protein is healthy for everybody, so there is no such thing as the best protein, of for that matter the best protein supplement.

I have preached about this before but it must be understood::

The best protein supplement is the protein supplement that is best for YOU.

And what is healthy for you is detrimental for somebody else, so the entire concept of the best protein supplement is complete, total and unenlightened marketing hype. And worse yet, it is harmful for the MAJORITY of people.

Here is what to take away from this article. Do not choose a supplement from something as vague and inconclusive as the opinion of others. No matter on how many walls it is plastered. Do your own research and don't shoot yourself in the leg by purchasing products that do you harm. You now have some of the information you need to make informed decisions regarding choosing a protein supplement that is right for you.
